You can create a lot in 40+ years...
(a little of what you can expect)
I’m a workaholic. Probably because I truly love what I do. Often when alone and given an opportunity to relax, I chose to work instead, because it’s what I enjoy most in life. So, as you might imagine, aside from the 20+ feature films, and 5 published novels, there are file cabinets (both literal and digital) filled with unpublished books, never-made-scripts, short stories, photos, and more.
At the age of 66 I feel it’s time to share some of that work here on Substack.
I plan on posting something new, something you haven’t seen, at least every other week. Perhaps more often than that. And a paid subscription will get you access to all of it: books (revealed one chapter at a time), stories, old photos from my early filmmaking days, behind-the-scenes videos, scans of an old fanzine I published, some music, and more.
So I hope you come along for the ride. I promise, if nothing else, it will be entertaining.
Thank you,
Gorman Bechard
